McKenzie Court Phase II included 144 multi-family housing units of traditional brick and shingle design. Large porches, pocket parks, community gardens and playgrounds encourage interaction among neighbors. Parking areas for residents and guests are tucked discreetly behind the buildings, easing the visual clutter at the front of the buildings while allowing convenient access to the units.
