Ingrid Straeter is opening Animal Cardiology of Alabama (formerly Cardiac Evaluations) and moving her Animal Rehabilitation and Fitness practice to the first floor of the split-level Southside building at 2114 10th Avenue South.
The second level of the building is around 3,000 square feet and has its own entrance. Straeter is considering renting out the space to a small animal general practitioner or transforming it into loft apartments.
“Southside is a wonderful area, and while it had undergone significant change already over the past two decades, it has recently seen another upswing in development, both business and commercial. I’m very happy to be able to contribute to this and hope that the renovation of my great old building is going to be another positive factor.”
