Meet our Sponsored Pets

Bree
Bree caught my eye as soon as I saw her.
She’s 30lbs of a sweet but strong little female bundle of excitement.
—Sonya
Carver
Carver was the kind of friend you would want to watch Sunday morning cartoons with or go on a trail hike with.
He was sweet, easily amused and eager to follow along with subtle guidance.
Carver will be waiting patiently for you by the front door when you get home from a hard day at work.

He was a gentle little guy with the most expressive eyes.
He is soft and sweet, and he would make a very loving pet.

Jackie is an affectionate and gentle soul who loves being held, scratched, and snuggled.
Her playful yet calm demeanor feels so nourishing balanced with the amount of love and warmth she exudes.

Junie
Junie’s pretty coat caught my eye right away.
Don’t let her golden eyes fool you, she isn’t crazy, she’s super cuddly and sweet!
I think she’d be a great addition to any family.
—Emily
Lovey
Lovey was labeled as a staff favorite and there’s always a good reason for that.
I’m pretty sure it’s because she is so sweet and timid and rolled right over showing us her belly.
I promise she was excited to get her photo taken…even if she is sticking her tongue out at us.
—Jackie

Michelle
I picked Michelle because I have a giant soft spot for little black dogs and I also love “Michelle” by the Beatles.
She is a tiny little firecracker that jumped right up in my lap and kissed my face…and my glasses.
—Jackie
Nala
I could not resist her sweet and tender nature.
If you like to cuddle, Nala is your girl! She is very calm and sweet natured.
Her mottled fur is velvety soft, and she loves to be petted or just snuggle up in your arms.
Beware, her soulful eyes will melt you to the core. ♥️
—Liesa

Nugent
We had initially picked out a different dog, but when we saw Nugent, he looked up at us with those big brown eyes and a rubber ball in his mouth and our hearts melted.
He didn’t bark once while all the other dogs were going crazy, he just looked around waiting for some love.
Nugent is approximately 3 years old and full of love and loyalty.
We have seriously never met a calmer, sweeter fellah than this canine teddy Bear named Nugent!

Phillie
Phillie, the cute terrier mix, is a bundle of energy.
She loves to play and would be the perfect size for a family.
She is affectionate and adorable. Rubbing her neck made her comfortable and ready to be held.
I fell in love with Phillie and wanted to take her home to my terrier!
—Tammy

Phillipa
The first time I walked the hallway, Phillipa turned her head to acknowledge me.
Then on the second time around, she walked halfway to the window where I was.
The third time was the charm when she walked all the way to the window and tapped the window with her paw.
She was the only dog on the hall who took an interest to speak to me. From that point, we chatted as if we were long lost friends.
—Roman
Ramon
Ramon was a calm cool cat that just wanted to be held.
He is a handsome silver 2-year-old domestic shorthair that is a little shy but loves people.
I think he was tired of all the dogs barking around him and wanted to go home to wonderful cat-only home, but would compromise if the person or family was loving.
—Danny

Sampson
Samson is the classic gentle giant: calm, self-assured, and eager to please (especially if you have treats)!
He comes pre-loaded with tricks, a soft coat, beautiful eyes, and a soft presence that tells me he will make a wonderful companion.
—Mika
Scrappy
Scrappy is 10 month old beautiful black cat that is very good with kids.
Don’t let the name full you, you can turn Scrappy upside down and it will still love you.

Simpson
Simpson is an absolute delight!
His big eyes paired with a warm smile and little pink spot on his nose make him irresistible.
One of the friendliest dogs I have ever met, I don’t expect Simpson will be waiting long for his new home!

Sterling
Sterling is a majestic grey and black tabby kitten like no other.
Only 2 months old, he is ready to explore your house. Very playful and loving.
This cat will follow you around everywhere.

T.J. Alleycat
I originally selected a more reluctant kitty because T.J. was such an outgoing loveable star that I knew he would be picked up in a heartbeat sponsor or no sponsor.
Once I decided to respect the clear boundaries of his adjacent housemate, T.J. calmly purred and enjoyed the affection.
Proving to be no second string, he’s ready to be your main squeeze.
—Alexa

Tasha
Tasha is such a lovable, fluffy dog with a sweet nature.
She eagerly lies down whenever she’s offered a treat and seems to be quite unfazed by the other dogs around her.
She would make a great companion for riding “shotgun” with her head out the window.
