Both were contemporary, modernist tenant renovations, but the multi-tenant buildings never allowed the company’s ideals to be realized. After investigating and providing plans and pricing for several buildings in downtown Birmingham, the ideal location was found in an old mechanical and plumbing contractor’s office.
This existing building allowed the owner’s love of light to be expressed through outdoor spaces and additional punched openings, while homages to the fluid nature of water abound throughout the interior office spaces.
