Farm Bowl + Juice Co. is a wellness eatery that promotes a lifestyle of clean and refreshing nutrition by sourcing their ingredients from local farms.
By staying true to the restaurant’s existing materials palette and prioritizing the owner’s value of health and sustainability, CCR designed this fit-out to enhance and refine their already well-established aesthetic.
CCR began the process by designing two different kitchen layouts.
Subsequently, the front-of-house was developed to reflect the project’s inspiration.
Taking the existing shell’s limitations of under slab conduits, rated assembly choices, and mechanical provisions into consideration, our team was able to provide creative design solutions for the wide array of challenges.
Our solution welcomes the customer into a bright interior, fitted with comfortable, sleek seating arrangements paired with light fixtures that correlate with the farm-to-table appeal of the café.
The batten-and-board wall separates the seating area from the back-of-house section while heightening the clean, minimal aesthetic.
Designing the kitchen during the early stages of the project provided the perfect stage for collaborating with the kitchen consultant.
Together, we were able to maximize kitchen space and integrate the optimal electrical hookups to maximize power consumption.
Farm Bowl + Juice Co.’s back of house operation features a Goodnature X-1 Juicer that is capable of producing 20-40 gallons of juice per hour.
Customers leave satisfied by the clean farm-fresh nutrition and visually satiated by the bright, colorful, and minimal style of the interior architecture and design.
