Southeastern Salvage opening at The Factory at Golden Flake on June 1st

The former Golden Flake factory is 283,310 square feet of open warehouse space with long hallways, manufacturing rooms, meeting areas, and more.

Southeastern Salvage will occupy 66,000 square feet of outdoor space for their garden and patio center, along with 135,000 square feet inside—more than twice the size of their current location in Irondale.

After Southeastern Salvage opens in their new space, more than half of The Factory at Golden Flake will still be available for lease.
