Studio Goodlight, the live/work studio and home of Birmingham photographer, Liesa Cole, has won the American Institute of Architects Alabama’s 2017 Honor Award for Commercial Architecture.
One of only two Design Honor Awards given by the Alabama AIA for commercial architecture for the year of 2017, the award recognizes excellence in architecture throughout the state. The project was also honored for its interior design work with the International Interior Design Association of Alabama. Studio Goodlight was awarded the Best of Residential award for the state of Alabama with IIDA. Architects Richard Carnaggio and Samantha Foster were the team responsible for the design and renovation.
