Work on a new Leasing Center is now underway at The Retreat at Mountain Brook. Designed by CCR Architecture & Interiors, it will be 2,200 square feet and will serve as the anchor for future development that would include space for retail, restaurants, and office space, all within walking distance of the community.

Heller Stone said the new leasing center is scheduled to open in late fall of this year.
